The Crash of Valetta VX491
Norman Doctor’s webpage about the crash of VX491 of 110 Sqn RAF, which crashed near Tanjong Malim, Malaya, on 22nd August 1957. The aircraft lost an engine, and was unable to pull out of a valley. The pilot, Fl. Sgt. Pound was able to warn the Despatch Crew who all survived the crash. The three aircrew all died.
